GIRLS WINTER WARM UP

This program is designed to add new elements each week to every player's game. We're not standing around doing partner passing drills here. For one hour per week, players will elevate their game through high intensity, fast-paced training. Coaches will teach skills and concepts that will be implemented in different themes each week. Learning new skills and perfecting drills is our goal!
