Exposure is the Name of the Game.
The Midwest Coaches Combine, also known as the MCC, is a Lacrosse Recruiting Showcase & Seminar for Boys Lacrosse Players in High School.
The MCC is a unique Lacrosse Recruiting Event in Illinois. It's a full day lacrosse recruiting experience where coaches representing over 30 NCAA/MCLA colleges and universities will come together to discuss the college recruiting process, share advice for athletes, meet with players individually and finally, see the lacrosse talent from all over the Midwest Region in a series of games.
But the MCC is not an ordinary showcase. The number of players allowed is cut-off at 120, a 4 to 1 player/coach ratio, for the most personalized recruiting experience available in the state. It's a combination of an intimate recruiting seminar (given by the college coaches), a chance to individually meet & speak with the coaches, and a series of lacrosse showcase games. This provides a full recruiting experience that benefits both players and college coaches in the highest way possible.
All interested boys lacrosse players in grades 9 - 12 are welcome to attend this event, but note that you must have at least 3 years of competitive lacrosse experience.
Remember to bring your questions for the coaches and a great attitude to the MCC. You only get one chance to make a first impression and this is an opportunity many players in the country will never have.
Spots are Limited to 120 Players (4:1 Player to Coach Ratio). Please register early.
*Most players will sign up for the MCC as individuals, however it should be noted that we do accept Group Registrations of players from the same team, school or club. If you are interested in registering a group (6 or more players) please contact Andy @ Andy@newwavelax.com for the discounted group rate.
