New Wave Lacrosse is growing the game with Girls' Lacrosse. Leading the charge is North Central College School Record Breaker, Gina Fisher. Gina has a real passion for the game of women's lax and she's excited to bring that to New Wave. New Wave will transfer the same quality, excellence, integrity, respect and commitment to personal growth that it has brought to the Naperville Area for the past six years to its New Girls Lacrosse Launch.

But it doesn't stop there. There are many more plans in store for growing the New Wave Girls Lacrosse movement. Sign up for our mailing list to stay informed about new girls' programs.

Let's go, Girls!

GIRLS NEWS & UPCOMING EVENTS

    Meet The Director

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Gina’s lacrosse career started at her high school— Ursuline Academy -- where she hit the ground running. One of only two sophomores to be pulled up to Varsity and see field time during the post-season, she remained a key player on the Ursuline squad for the remainder of her time there. On the club side, Gina played and traveled with Brave Lacrosse (Missouri’s longest running select program).

Heavily recruited, she chose to make Naperville her second home and played at North Central College while pursuing a double major in Marketing and Management. She graduated four years later in 2016, having secured her spot in the NCC record books for every statistical category (besides those restricted to goalies) and carried her passion for lacrosse over to New Wave as a coach.

“The club has treated me so well as a coach, so I jumped on the chance to give back my time and knowledge as the new Girl’s Director" said Fisher the day after she accepted the position.

"I have a strong love for the game and am just as competitive today as I was in my playing years. My goal is to make New Wave Lacrosse a recognizable force on the National level by setting an example as a good role model on and off the field, raising the level of intensity and commitment at each team and providing opportunities to help maximize every player’s potential.”
