PRESIDENTS DAY LACROSSE TOURNAMENT


Four Score and Seven Goals ago, the mightiest of political pundits came together to decide once and for all who the top dog in lacrosse would be. Who will be the Commander and Chief? Whose Cherry Tree will be cut down? A weekend full of Indoor Lacrosse Tournament Play brought to you by the experienced organization of New Wave Lacrosse.

The Lax Revolution Tournament will bring together dozens of teams from all over the region to compete for a Championship in six different divisions. Divisions for the tournament will be U10, U12, U14, Frosh/Soph, JV and Varsity (tentative).  New Wave Lacrosse takes a lot of pride in ensuring that our tournaments are organized, fair, fun and safe for all participants. 

Every indoor tournament New Wave has run in the past three years has sold out. Spots are limited, so please register early to ensure your club can participate!

Age requirement/breakdown

Division

All high school players are eligible for this division.

Varsity

All high school players are eligible for this division.

JV

Current Freshman & Sophomores in high school are eligible for this division

Frosh/Soph

  Born on or after 9/1/2002 (no high school players allowed in this division)

  U14

  Born on or after 9/1/2004 (no high school players allowed in this division)

  U12

 Born on or after 9/1/2006

  U10

Trophies will go out to all 1st and 2nd place teams

Concession stand will be available all day

Tournament T-shirts & shorts featuring the “Lax Revolution” logo will be available at the tournament.

Certified Professional officiating will be hired for all U14, Frosh/Soph, JV, and Varsity games

Create a creative team name and be sure to include this in the “comments” section when registering.

Every team must have a Coach/Team Coordinator that is 21 years or older on their sidelines. 2 Coaches Maximum allowed on sideline per team.

Teams are allowed to have up to (2) Coaches/Coordinators/etc. on their sideline during a game.

Completed roster forms and waivers must be turned in at the main table at least 1 hour before the start of your first game.  Team reps or coaches should turn in all paperwork at once. Individual waivers will not be accepted at check in.

Certified Athletic Trainers will be on site all day.
